for the bji9 Platform
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bji9 platform, including all gaming, betting, account, payment, and bonus services. By registering an account or continuing to use bji9.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
bji9 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Players must confirm their age at registration. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the legal age will be closed immediately and any balances handled in accordance with our responsible gaming policy.
Each player may hold exactly one bji9 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held. bji9 uses verification systems to detect and close duplicate registrations.
All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on the bji9 platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bji9 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process currency conversions at any stage of the transaction.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their bji9 login credentials. bji9 will never request your password via email or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access.

Important: These Terms apply to all players using bji9 regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access the platform. Using bji9 via a mobile browser on Grameenphone, Banglalink, Robi, or any other Bangladeshi operator constitutes acceptance of these Terms in the same way as desktop access.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
To register and use the bji9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. bji9 is strictly an 18+ platform. Players under the legal age are not permitted to register, deposit, bet, or access any paid gaming feature.
- You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and agencies may not register player accounts.

Age Verification: bji9 conducts age verification checks during registration and may require additional documentation at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be closed immediately, all bonus winnings will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the original payment source in accordance with applicable procedures.
Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold exactly one registered account on the bji9 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. bji9 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of this information at any time and to request supporting documentation as part of its know-your-customer (KYC) procedures.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bji9 login credentials, including your username and password.
- You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Allowing a third party to access or use your account is a breach of these Terms.
- bji9 will never request your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any message claiming to be from bji9 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bji9 support immediately. bji9 will investigate and, where appropriate, lock the account pending resolution.
- All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility unless unauthorised access has been reported and confirmed by bji9.
Two-Factor Authentication: bji9 offers optional SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer for your account. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from within their account settings following their initial bji9 Login. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the bji9 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bji9 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion at any stage. The supported deposit and withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay.
- Deposits are credited to your bji9 wallet instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider for standard transaction amounts.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bji9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
- bji9 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts.
- Players may not deposit funds on behalf of another player or use a payment method not registered in their own name. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
- Deposits made from payment methods other than those registered to the account holder will be investigated, may be reversed, and may result in account suspension pending review.
- bji9 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider, mobile network congestion, or technical issues outside bji9's direct control. In such cases, players should contact [email protected] with transaction reference details.
Bonus and Promotions Policy

- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Existing players who create a second account to claim a welcome bonus again are in breach of these Terms and will have both accounts closed.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or withdrawn without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
- bji9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a player is mid-way through a wagering requirement at the time of any modification, the original terms will continue to apply to that player until the requirement is completed or expires.
- Where bji9 has reason to believe that a player is abusing bonus offers — including through coordinated play, artificial wagering patterns, or collusion — bji9 reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold bonus winnings, and suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

These promotions are time-limited and may not be combined with other active offers unless explicitly stated.

Game Rules and Fair Play

Each provider's games operate according to that provider's own published rules and Return to Player percentages, which have been independently audited and certified for fairness. bji9 does not manufacture, modify, or influence game outcomes.

- Live in-play betting is available on selected cricket and sports markets. Bets placed during live events are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of confirmation. Delays in mobile network transmission may affect the odds at which bets are settled; the confirmed odds displayed in your betting history are final.
- bji9 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on a suspended market, or as a result of a manifest pricing error. Players will be notified of any voided bets and the relevant stake will be returned to their account wallet.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bji9 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent closure of your bji9 account.
- Registering more than one account on the bji9 platform, regardless of the name, contact details, or payment method used for each account.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during the registration process or at any subsequent point when bji9 requests verification documentation.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to artificially manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing anomalies for personal gain. Where such exploitation is identified, bji9 will void the relevant transactions and reclaim any winnings derived from the exploit.
- Colluding with other players in table games, live dealer sessions, or sports betting to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
- Using the bji9 platform to launder money or process funds derived from unlawful activity. bji9 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
- Attempting to access the bji9 platform or another player's account without authorisation, including through phishing, social engineering, or technical intrusion.
- Depositing funds using a payment method not registered in your own name, or using a payment method belonging to another person without their knowledge and explicit consent.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: bji9 takes the integrity of its platform and the safety of its player community seriously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bji9 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, withhold any pending withdrawals, void any open bets, and permanently close the account. bji9 may also share information with relevant authorities where the conduct involves suspected criminal activity.
Account Suspension and Closure
bji9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or concerns related to the player's welfare under our responsible gaming policy.
Players also have the right to close their own bji9 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bji9 will process the request promptly. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable verification checks have been completed.
- Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email and given an opportunity to respond before a final determination is made, unless the suspension relates to suspected criminal activity or immediate risk of harm.
- Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure if the applicable wagering requirements have not been satisfied.
- Players who have self-excluded from the bji9 platform and subsequently attempt to re-register before their exclusion period has expired will have the new account closed immediately.
- If an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, bji9 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account where that balance is deemed to be the direct product of the prohibited conduct identified.
- Following permanent account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — the player's personal data will be retained for the period required by bji9's data retention policy and applicable legal obligations, after which it will be securely deleted.
Responsible Gaming Closures: If you wish to close your bji9 account because gambling is causing you difficulties, please use the self-exclusion option in your account settings or contact our support team directly.
